Topic	US Senate unanimously passes Hong Kong rights bill

I'd say no one wants to risk a nuclear war, but every time a weapon has been called too terrible to be used, another war happened and proved people wrong. The second bill is equally pointless, China has a strong arms industry all their own. You could say the same thing about the Armenian Genocide bill, which should have also been unanimous. I could, and do, while it isn't saber rattling, it's just dick waving. As someone said, brownie bill to make people feel good. I honestly doubt Trump would veto the Armenian Genocide bill, it makes him look good.
