Trump is too much of a pussy to not veto it, but if he passes it Ill concede he can do something right >_>
I don't think he can. If something passes unanimously he isn't given an option to veto.

No, the President is always allowed to veto per the Constitution.

Just that, if a bill has unanimous support, it'll pass with the required 2/3 majority anyways.

"Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States: If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law." ---U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 7, clause 2

Doesnt that just mean that mean he can veto it once, have it sent back for "reconsideration", and then if 2/3rds agree with the bill it becomes law and trump cannot veto again?

That would be correct. However getting 2/3rds of Congress to agree on literally anything is really, really hard.

China should fuck right the hell off and more than one of their politicians needs to be executed. They should be happy nobody has openly declared war on them yet.

They're not a third world nation. Declaring war on China will at the very least get the person who declares fucked up. At worst, it will start a nuclear war. And besides that, they know they economically ahve the world by the balls. They're not Australia, they can crash national economies with a few words.

Wars have been declared over less than human rights abuse

No shit, just not on a nation with the military power China has.
