If you look at the part where it breaks it down by party, it seems like the drop is actually primarily among Democrats and Independents, whereas the Republican response has been sitting at an extremely low but mostly stable amount. (Compared to say, 10 days ago, Democrat and Independent support on the tracker has dropped ~3% and ~5% respectively, while Republican support is effectively the same.)
