Things to look forward to in 2020... This one is tough. I don't generally have much to look forward to, so I guess I'll just have to say Animal Crossing.
Does pineapple belong on pizza?
I've never had pineapple pizza, and instinct says those foods don't belong together. Still, I wouldn't refuse a slice if offered.

Probably Vivi, I like his personality and character in Final Fantasy 9.
What are you looking forward to in 2020?
Going to PAX East next year with a few friends, I've never been to an event like this before but always wanted to go. I mostly just want to see some games there and possibly try some out, and just kind of hang out there in general.
Does pineapple belong on pizza?
I've had Hawaiian pizza with pineapple on it before, which I think mixes ok with everything else, but I wouldn't put it on normal pizza, and it usually is my least favorite part of Hawaiian pizza anyway. So I guess I'll say no.
