Topic	Home prices in Rochester, NY are a joke.

I'm looking for a home away from home from NYC and I've been looking on grabbing one of the houses up there. Some really good places in lots of areas of Upstate can be had for like $100-200K. Comparable stuff downstate are like $500-$800k. Lots of people are moving up there to save money. In a decade or two, it'll be pretty populated. Seems like the majority of it are rough neighborhoods? Or am I missing something.
