Or you know, maybe the fact that Republicans will cover for Trump for literally anything, and Trump is getting away with serious crimes b/c he's above the law, will piss off a lot of people and those bums will be voted out?
Senate races are state-wide, gerrymandering from 2010 won't save Republicans from the wrath of the general populace. The impeachment's only a few weeks in and already 51% don't just disapprove of Trump (I think that was around 70%?), but think he should be removed from office.
