Like you have this woman standing topless in front of a kid in a film set. I can imagine the kind of coaching involved a) for the kid to keep a straight face through all the takes b) for the woman to keep the movie pg and c) for the kid's parents who are likely on set watching it happen. It's one thing to have nudity in movies during sex scenes and scenes with adults, but it must be a whole different ball game when there are children involved.
