Topic	What's a good first Credit Card?

The Quicksilver card he can most likely get approved for has a $40 annual fee and high apr but still worth it as long as he pays his balance in full every month. Is that the QuicksilverOne that has the annual fee? I know the regular Quicksilver doesn't because I used to have it.
