Son, I started out as a night grocery stocker at Walmart working $7 an hour, saved and invested my money with those pennies I made, avoided women -- despite many of their advances --, stayed childless and failed many times at getting better jobs because all the 'lack of experience' excuses. I hired a few punk fast food guys that were in their 20s, wanted more money, etc., and I saw my own past struggles in them, so I gave them an opportunity, doubled their pay... and got burnt by their poor work ethic and laziness. So, I stand by what I said in my previous post: These kids lack the drive and dedication, and thus, deserve to be where they're at. Damn. These guys better think twice before they fuck around with you Yeah, I fire shitty employees, the ones I got now -- that do their job right and aren't lazy crybabies -- are getting $40K a year, 5 weeks paid time off, with other benefits I give them.
