Two-ish decades ago I thought exactly the same. Then I "got mine" and changed sides. What will you do when you get there? That's an impossible question to answer. The only way to know is get there. Other than dropping 20k on a home theater (this is detailed a lot in luelinks since it was a hell of a project, 82 inch 8K tv, 7.1 in wall surround sound) since I'm a huge movie buff, I don't really use the money for much either so it mostly just accumulates. I just hate seeing so much get pissed away to taxes. I knew it would happen but it hurts so much to see it happen. Only other thing I've done is get VIP tickets with my wife and my parents to some sporting events, like next week at OSU - michigan. Other than that the money is just getting invested and banked to save up for a bigger house. Right now we're in the same 2 bedroom condo we've been in for a decade, though that'll probably change in the next 5-6 years (would happen sooner if gubment didn't steal my checks! lol) --- Pit doc ...
