At least within the STEM field, I'd imagine most managers would be smarter/more experienced than those they manage over. In my case, my manager does have a lot of experience but he would still yield to the more experienced engineers even though those engineers are under his management. --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo!
