thats not going to play out very well considering that there's multiple competitors and alternatives without the innate risk

why bother going to a sperm bank openly advertised as HIV positive, when you can go to other ones that routinely screen contaminated samples out? that choice can have little to do with fear of contamination and more on just basic logic related to availability...

"option A provides samples from HIV positive donors, BUT WE SWEAR THERE'S NO RISK OF PASSING HIV TO CLIENTS OR NEWBORNS!"

"option B doesn't have to deal with any of that because HIV positive samples are not even kept in the first place"

gee which one would more women choose...?
the only way i could see this staying strong is if the services were offered at a dramatically lower cost compared to non-HIV competitors
