All we can really be sure about is that he could easily pass for the son of two apparently unremarkable-looking citizens of the Roman province of Judaea, circa the first century CE. We know that because on several occasions, the Bible points out that the people he grew up around never really questioned his parentage, so his appearance must not have given them much reason to.

To modern eyes, he would probably have looked like a Palestinian: someone less savvy might say "Middle Eastern", which is at least general region. He almost certainly did not look very much like Cesare Borgia.
