It's not likely that the man-made climate change is going to be the death-knell of all life like a lot of people like to claim. It certainly is a problem that needs dealing with and addressing but it's not going to be the end of the world either. Just a massive change. More to the point, however, is that the question of 'what can be done now' is very difficult to answer. Even if every nation in the world decided to tackle the issue the simple fact is that there isn't much that CAN be done in the first place beyond trying to encourage greener technology and clean-up.
