Unlike Karen 1 and 2, she is also still fairly young. Karen 3 was popular in school, had a lot of attention from the boys and got good grades at school despite her vapid, airhead ways because the good old boy professors basically drooled over her. She realized she could make an easy living out of talking hateful, bigoted talking points at conservative outlets and make a name for herself. She is basically a good looking version of Tomi Lahren. 4) Karen 4... oh boy. She has the trademark Kellyanne eye droop, prognanted jaw and weird facial expression. It's the trademark Beavis (from Beavis and Butthead) look that Kellyanne made famous. Her hair is not blonde, which is seen as a birth defect or deformity by the fox news crowd.
