There schedule is also all over the place which would be hard on me physically. I have sleep issues and would probably sleep through shift before too long. That said the opening managers have slept through opening the store about 4-5 times that I know of in the last 6 months. So that might not be a deal breaker. I could probably deal with being a manager, but the bigger issue is I don't want to be a supervisor first. The supervisor position does all the same work as I do, plus additional paperwork, plus they cover any shifts where someone called out, all for 25 cents more an hour. It doesn't help that management sucks at hiring people so I would have to supervise a guy who hits on every female in the building and when he succeeds uses their nudes to convince other female associates to send him more nudes, a couple people who literally don't know how to do the job even after 4 months of training. --- I am awesome and so are you.
