I've been there a few times but never in the winter. Lol I have an ex that lives in Picton. Belleville itself though is super trashy. Like its lovable trash but its still trash at the end of the day. Lots of jailbirds, wannabe rappers, thotianas running around, the list goes on. It actually reminds me of an American city more then a Canadian one.
