Don't know how many ways I can say the same thing before you understand what I mean. Russia, China, Japan, Europe, India... They all have fairly well-developed space programs. Of those I'd say Russia and possibly China could potentially weaponize their space program, if they haven't already started to. The US needs to ensure they're prepared to counter any measures they put in place.
