So the reductive answer is flat out no because you're playing a computer game. The game you're playing, and it's particular workings are irrelevant. What we're really talking about is whether or not an outcome is unpredictable in a way that's sufficient for the needs of the game. You tell me: can you predict what power ups you're going to get in the heat of the moment? If you can, then I wouldn't call that very random, and if you can't than it's "random" enough. --- This album is not available to the public. Even if it were, you wouldn't wanna listen to it! ...
