This isn't about making them legal, so their societal impact has no implication here. this is about people being curious and wanting to try them. just because you and your clean cut super good friends don't want to try it doesn't mean others don't. a campaign of "NEVER DO THEM!" is not effective. we know that much, especially among teens and young adults. More education is a good thing. Not being ignorant about what it is and knowing certain symptoms can save lives. being knowledgeable about what things are and what they do might even deter people from wanting to try them...more so than a blanket "JUST DON'T DO IT!"....your notion that stifling education and knowledge is a good thing is incredibly immature and absurd.
And I think taking drugs is incredibly immature and absurd but I'm the one getting a lecture.
