I'll admit to having never watched the show, becoming far more enthralled in it's sister show that hit so many of the same plot beats in the first episode I almost couldn't believe I was watching different animes to begin with. In any case, this one got a second season, and man is this second opening hype as fuck. The action sequences are crazy, the guitar riffs are sick, but my favourite part is probably when MC and main girl are walking towards the arena and the music starts to build in intensity, ahhh it's so good. In any case, this was the top of my third tier, so now I'm left with all the openings I absolutely adore, to the twenty or so openings that could have all been considered for my favourite opening of the decade. --- Spare me your obsolete empathy The voice of sympathy means nothing to me ...
