There are some moments in A New Hope that are like, pure movie magic: * Obi-Wan's "Use the force, Luke" echoes in Luke's head, and then Luke shuts off his targeting computer * Han shows up to the final battle right when all seems lost, and he saves Luke from Vader's tie fighter * Obi-Wan intentionally losing the duel with Vader, to ensure Luke will come back stronger than ever Luke shutting off that targeting computer has gotta be one of the best moments ever in a movie. Yeah, I didn't grow up watching the OT, but that moment in the Death Star trench never fails to make my heart swell. It's such an amazing piece, and never get tired of it. Peridiam posted...
