I used to bring my paring and chef's knife to work back when I living the miserable cooking life and they were always, ALWAYS in someone's hands. They are genuinely good knives. They're quality knives that are priced way higher than they need to be. The entire recruitment and selling process is classic pyramid scheme style though.
