It's fine, but the level design feels rough and often unforgiving compared to later incarnations (the beginning of the Elecman stage being the prime example where one misstep means you fall for three screens). also Yellow Devil still sucks but the pattern for the last Wily fight wasn't too difficult actually --- ...
