Compare that to Battler vs Beatrice at the end of episode 4. It's a proper fight between two even sides, and you win by solving mysteries (and getting the other side to accept it). This one... had mysteries, but it wasn't shown to the reader. And it is won by having Ange keeping everyone alive in her head. That doesn't seem much of a big deal, and kind of cheating?
