Character 3 skips the blind and the first 5 second doom. This allows them to keep dps-ing a bit longer. Use OSBs with characters 2 and 4 after Blind hits them. I'd put Elarra in spot 1 or 5, as those get hit the most early, so she builds more bar to speed up the party. Don't bother with any mitigation, his damage is laughable (not to mention, 100% piercing).
