Sometimes hanging your arm in a certain way can cause numbness, or laying on your back/side/front with the right pressure from your mattress. Random numbness isn't really that alarming unless it's sudden and it doesn't go away when you move around and focus on getting circulation back.

Yeah for sure. It never went numb today but I have had that happen before. It was just tingly and ever since then it still hasn't felt normal again.

Then again I also got like a terrible pinched nerve in my back yesterday that's still bothering me today. That could definitely cause issues in my arm. That's probably what it is but I just can't calm my mind down.
