| Topic | I'm having another one of those nights laying up scared of having a heart attack |
| NoMeLx22x 01/06/20 1:46:09 PM #23: | Hey man I think it's probably a mixture of your back/nerve hurting and severe case of anxiety. A few years back I randomly passed out and they kinda explained why it happened, but I didn't fully understand it and ever since then I get this pain on my side and chest. So much so that I had them do like full diagnostics to make sure theres nothing wrong with me. To this day it comes and goes, but lately it's always there, and I can't help but shake the feeling that something is up and wrong with me. I had an hour drive home yesterday and about 3 minutes in I had a crazy feeling come over me like I was gonna pass out and my side started hurting, but after a while I think I just convinced myself it's anxiety and made it home. And yet today I wake up and the pain is back. I also haven't been to the doctor in like 2 years so I should probably just go and get like a full checkup but I'm scared of just wasting my time when it's probably just anxiety issues. But idk.
