My complex was also bought out a few months ago so it's under new management. as someone who has lived through new landlord transfer. this could do that. was paying 750$ rent before a new company took over the rental units. things went fine at first but then the rent jacked up 250$ so it's 1k a month. though it isn't all bad the new neighbors have to pay 1150$ and the big house has to pay 1350$. if push comes to shove would move but prefer that to happen when my dog passes away (very hard for someone to rent with a large breed dog) she is massive. edit: was offered money to move but i decided against the deal. --- The act of treachery is an art, but the traitor himself is a piece of **** - Mike Tyson ...
