I think it handles choice in gaming better than almost any other game I've played - instead of your decisions making wide, sweeping world-defining changes that often lack an emotional punch because they lack a personal touch, Pyre is all about influencing the future of your group of allies. You have to oftentimes make decisions that prioritize the safety and happiness of one person in your group over that of all the others and it hurts! I really cares about what happened to my band of misfits, and I think that in the end I did right by them. The gameplay is also fun but hard to describe. Supernatural 3 v 3 Basketball is the best I got, and if that doesn't sound fun and interesting, trust me when I say it is. The art style and music is also great, and...yeah.
