The door cards can be a bit fiddly, you might end up snapping some of the little plastic tabs that clip the door card to the body of the door. You can usually get replacements for pretty cheap, so no big deal. Make sure you have the release pins for the offcoming head unit if you're swapping that out. You might need a couple of adapters to bridge the wiring harness to the new radio, especially if your car's a bit older. I remember changing a head unit on an old 90s Honda once, the car was built back in the day when radios were stolen regularly, so with this radio the idea was if you were parked somewhere dodgy, you could pull the entire radio unit out and take it with you.
