When I was at my most depressed and healthy I probably showered twice a month. I'm sure I stank but I wasn't going out and seeing anyone anyway. Realistically though, if you aren't doing anything to make yourself sweat, you probably only need one every other day or maybe even every 3 days for some. Showering every day isn't ideal (especially using soap and shampoo, a quick rinse with just water is fine) but it's a lot easier to keep a daily habit in my experience. --- I'm ninja (you can't see me) ...
