Lutsenko was the one who replaced the guy Biden had fired. The one doing the investigation (Shokin) is the one who's statements ACTUALLY matter. Not everyone else: just you. Shokin was replaced by Yuriy Sevruk, who was later replaced by Lutsenko. Lutsenko inherited all investigation materials left behind by Shokin and Sevruk. He and Ryaboshapka have both gone on the record and stated explicitly that the investigations did not cover a period of time in which Hunter was employed. This makes Shokin a liar.
