Might be my crim justice degree talking, but i'm applying actus reus and mens rea to him bullshitting the documents. He had a good enough lawyer with proactive planning I would pull his "10 year legacy" to the court, and play the odds.

I have my own issues, bro and I get the sentiment. The struggle is real, but that shit didn't stop me from getting degrees, and during job interviews I say bring up your issues up front, and don't play dumb to them as you can't hide yourself while expecting them to accept you.

I understand where you are coming from, but you have to take into consideration that Phil is deliberately trying to fuck with the numbers in order to keep his house. He signed it under the "penalty of perjury", if he was unfit to make these kind of decisions, then he wouldn't have been allowed to fill out these kind of forms by himself.

And I am really trying not to "arm chair diagnose" here, but other than Phil's apparent narcissism, there really isn't anything (other than being a douche canoe) that would let Phil qualify for an insanity plea. My knowledge of the law is limited, and I am not from the US, but looking at this logically, I just don't see it happening that there are circumstances that would let Phil off the hook.

He is a consenting adult, made his own decisions, runs a business, has credit cards, owns 2 houses. All these things would not be able if he was "insane" or "unaccountable" for his actions.

I understand why you would worry, given Phil's track record. But these are not his followers he is going to try and manipulate, this isn't going to be a vacuum where the truth is whatever the fuck Phil wants it to be. He doesn't have anyone covering his ass like he has on Twitch and Youtube.

And it is going to be glorious.
