It may seem like it takes no effort, but the majority of streamers (at least) are talking/engaging with their chat for 6+ hours a day, which is not something that is super easy. Phil is anything but engaging with his chat, though, so it's pretty much Phil turning on the stream, talking about his finances for an hour, then "playing" the game for 2-3 hours.
