I think God of War (2018). Atreus being Loki was reasonably obvious. Particularly if you know how Baldur dies in the actual myth. What got me was that Baldur had been looking for Faye. It puts most of his interactions with Kratos in a new perspective.

Honorable mentions to Horizon: Zero Dawn. Sylens secretly transporting Hades into a new vessel came as a surprise which I found funny because he literally tells you he'd do it all over again.

Also to Spiderman. Wasn't expecting Aunt May to die.
