But this is Marvel's version. They get to decide what power levels the characters are. And it would be new interpretations of the characters. We weren't denied a conflict between the Tom Hardy Bane and Christian Bale Batman just because George Clooney Batman and Jeep Swinson Bane already had a movie fight.
