It pissed off everybody upon release, and while it's gotten better since release (it's expansion did pretty good in the 2014 poll) it never recovered back the good will built-in from Diablo 2. I don't think Blizzard's recent actions will have done much to change that either! Zero Escape was ranked 126th out of 128 in the 2015 X-stats, so it's not the game to take advantage of Diablo 3's flaws, but next round...
