All I can say is "try again". All I know is that I've fallen out of watching AEW for a while due to lack of access (although I'm trying to watch it by less-than-legal ways now), and I came back to one PPV and remembered why I've wanted to keep watching it. It's just fun wrestling that strives to give you the best show possible.
