Service jobs always had the right to refuse service and this seems like an obvious case of that. I don't think they are a racist, but they obviously made a really bad call and it's fair game to fire them for something like this. You have to make these kinds of decisions as a manager, and if you aren't up to it, you shouldn't be one.
