| half_silver28 03/10/20 4:10:37 PM #4: | Agree with Mid Fodder for Jean Grey and Low Fodder for SHODAN. Jean will get all of her votes off of TJF and being a cool character IN THEORY. Unfortunately the movies almost never get her right, from X-Men The Last Stand to the recent Dark Phoenix movie that literally everyone hated. SHODAN is just too obscure to be stronger than Low Fodder, and System Shock 3 still isn't out after more than 20 years. For Rayquaza however I say High Fodder. Yes it was on the box of Emerald which isn't nearly as meaningful as Ruby or Sapphire, but it was still in the latter 2 games. And it is significantly more popular than Kyogre or Groudon due to being a fucking SKY DRAGON. The vast majority of players likely used Rayquaza on their team due to the design, or how purely OP Rayquaza was in terms of attack power.
