Have a small trash can where you throw it out in. They do this in Cuba and other countries with old plumbing. The bathrooms are very different. By different, I mean You cant flush toilet paper or any other toiletries down the toilet. Their plumbing is incredibly sensitive and to be frank, old. When I first used the bathroom in the Havana airport, I thought maybe that one may have just been a little out-of-order. I was wrong.
