The presidents job is to listen to all his experts and find a way to implement a middle ground that is best for the country and it's people. Trump doesn't have a single expert who knows where this pandemic is heading to side with him, which means this isn't the middle ground but him panicking and thinking about his reelection. If not a single one of his experts, especially the most revered in his field like Fauci, is willing to back up his plan as being safe for the American public, that should tell you something. No we can't just ignore the economy, but we can't ignore the pandemic either. He's already talking about this fight being almost over when reality is we are in for a large fucking when we hit the peak.
