With lightning speed I would charge with lightning speed at the weakest looking one and hurl him or her one handed into the lake

Then I would turn my attention to the others and roar like a T Rex to make them freeze with terror before I charge up the bank like a herd of rhinoseruses and trample them

One guy would almost be indoors but I would grab him by the collar and swing him around like a helicopter and take off and go up to 500 feet high and slam him to the ground like in Superman Doomsday and they would all be defeated

They would never go outside in a pandemic again
