You can completely respec either yourself or a party member 3 times total for free. By talking to the pathfinder society guy at the trading post or in your town when it gets built. One I hit about 12 level I respecced my pc into a lawful good guy with a bonkers mix of various classes and levels to get the most benefits out them.
