I may have destroyed the factory oleophobic coating on my phone by using some cheap lens cleaner. As far as I can tell my options are to either purchase a screen protector (ugly) and hope the oleophobic coating isn't garbage or buy some kind of oleophobic spray kit. If I buy a protector it will likely be ugly and if the coating wears off I'll be stuck trying to remove it which seems, not ideal. Anyone have experience with using such a product? Some products identify as "liquid screen protectors."
