| Topic | I've been playing Mega Man X3 for a few days. Is it just me, or is harder than 2 |
| MrMallard 04/08/20 12:26:08 PM #7: | I think X is still my favorite game in the series. 2 felt like a step back - my guess is that they spent a couple of years working on X before dropping it onto the SNES, and then they made 2 in a year to fit the standard Mega Man yearly release schedule. Even 3 is a year after 2 if I'm not mistaken - but 2 feels particularly... limp. Even with my favorite X Robot Master design in Morph Moth, the level design just doesn't hold up. I'm not disliking X3, but it's a real kick in the nuts so far with the difficulty. --- So you don't get to be a saint, martyrs never last this long Now Playing: Skyrim, Final Fantasy X-2 ...
