The profanity laced video was viewed more than 200,000 times showing the sgt smirking as he approaches the woman and coughing without covering his mouth as he passes the woman recording and at least 2 others living in the Perkins Homes in Baltimore She says "Ya'll get that s***, black peopledon't. Cough your white ass back where you live at" As he continues walking, he coughs again at other black residents and the woman y ells out "n-word don't get that s***. They the ones who get that s***. YOu need an extra layer of skin. Come here coughing like that s*** is cute. I should call the CDC on his ass and let them know he did some dirty ass s***.
