TopicLol, a DoorDash story of the store employees who HID from customers outside

Did DoorDash last Friday, got two orders from Little Caesars in my town. Good money, so I went for it.

I get there, and there's a crowd of people outside. Odd, but okay. I observe the door closer.

That's a lot of fucking signs, but okay. One person, huh? They better hurry up.

They let one person in, then another. I'm not the only Dasher there.

Eventually however, the guy locks the door, goes into the back and isn't heard from again.

Customers outside get agitated. I'm glad I wore my mask as the crowd grows larger. Some people order and already paid for their pizza and were trying to pick it up. 10 minutes, then another 10. You can see peoples' orders in the "Pizza Portal" pickup containers. Nobody is let it.

Did I mention that there was LIGHT RAIN in the forecast that day

I marked both orders I had as canceled. When asked why, I picked "store is closed" for both. Took a picture and they paid me half of what I was going to make for those deliveries. Little Caesar's wasn't technically closed, but for all intents and purposes, it really was.

Of course, their corporate contacts are hard as hell to reach. I'm eventually gonna let them know though, because if I had ordered a pizza (flat-crust pepperoni) there I know I'd be just as pissed as the ones who actually did.
