If you take some friends who have been sitting home for a couple weeks and would very unlikely be carrying anything, then what's the harm? If you can find people that have actually not gone anywhere (or spent time with somebody that has) for a couple weeks, sure, but that's pretty unusual. People need groceries and other essential supplies, after all, to say nothing of the risk of transmission associated with touching any common surface in an apartment or condo building (unless, again, you can guarantee nobody in your building has gone anywhere, but good luck with that). DPsx7 posted... What else are you going to do - act like nothing will be safe ever again? No. Just continue to follow recommendations from public health officials until such a time as those recommendations are lifted, a decision that will be made based on transmission rates dropping to acceptable levels and the availability of treatment/preventative options.
